Adele Bids Adieu In TikTok Clip From Germany Show

Adele confirmed over the weekend that we won’t hear from her for a while once her Las Vegas residency ends.

“I have 10 shows to do, but after that I will not see you for an incredibly long time, and I will hold you dear in my heart,” Adele said in a TikTok clip from one of her performances in Munich, Germany.

Adele first mentioned the leave from music in July.

“I don’t have any plans for new music at all,”she told German outlet ZDF.

“I want a big break after this and I think I want to do other creative things, just for a little while,” she added.

Adele began her Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in November 2022. Her final show is scheduled for Nov. 23.

She just finished 10 shows at the Open Air Arena in Munich.

When announcing the final dates of her Vegas residency in October, Adele penned a note about what the Sin City shows meant.

“This residency, these shows have changed my life,” she wrote on X. “I desperately needed to fall back in love with performing live again, and I have. I needed to reconnect with my songs and remember what they mean to me, and I have!”

She went on: “Being onstage over the last year so up close and personal with an audience again after all these years has been a truly extraordinary restorative experience that I’ll never forget. All the hilarious, soulful, wild and heartbreaking interactions we’ve had are banked in my mind for life.”
